Headed back to Greensboro from Topsail Island on vacation and hit an object in the highway. Young man at Primos was so kind to come out and tow our car and put on 2 tires for us in 15 minutes and had us on our way. 10/10 stars and cant appreciate them enough.

Had great service today for a patch on a tire. Service can be hit or miss depending on if they are busy or not. I try to bring the more simple, quick repairs here and have been pleased on those jobs. Thanks guys!

Called the store and the guy answered with “Hello???” And i thought maybe i called the wrong place so I asked if it was Primos and he said “yeah what do you need??” I told him and he gave me attitude about me calling while they were on lunch and id have to wait 45 minutes till they were back and then they would check me in. I would understand being upset if I called when it said your closed online but it was almost 3pm. Ended up going to Blacks tire. Wasn’t planning on it because it was further but the customer service made me absolutely not want to go here.

They should have a negative rating for the service or should I say lack of service I received. Tried to make an appointment was told first come first served. Was told to come 10 to 11. I got there around 10 Was told I'd have to wait until he was done with his breakfast . Mind you he opened at 9 and having breakfast at 10. At least I'm first so I waited for a N.C. safety inspection. Pulling the car into the garage he noticed one headlight was out of adjustment and it would fail. He told me to go and adjust them and come back. So I did that and got back about 11. Was told there was 6 people ahead of me and he wouldn't be able to get to it that day to come back tomorrow. At this point I got an attitude and said I'll go somewhere else. I did go back today at 10 and was told he didn't want me on the property because of my attitude yesterday and that my work was only $30 and he had $600 jobs he had to get done. I admire him for wanting to make the big money but don't walk on the little guy to do it. That $30 adds up. It would help your business for this gentleman to change his attitude

These guys are really nice and knowledgeable. Prices were very good. My daughter and I needed a tow, and they they came out in the cold and rain to assist with my blown tire! Awesome!

Amazing people! The owner and his son are super nice and friendly. They helped me get my vehicle fixed for a third the price of other shops. They also did a great job and made sure that everything was good to go for me. I will be using them again! It's hard to find an honest mechanic that does great work in the area. These people make up for the rest!
